The Electricity Benefit provides a top up to a prepaid meter, either to cover the additional electricity you use as a result of the funeral arrangements, or to assist to cover some unexpected expenses. 

Provide your meter number on the link provided once your claim has been provided, and you will receive a token to the value stated in your policy to enter into the prepaid meter.  

If you have a smart meter, this is automatically topped up once you enter the number on the link provided.
